The TerraSat IBUC 3 Ku-Band is a compact, intelligent Block Upconverter (BUC) designed for satellite communication systems where size, weight, and performance are critical. Available in 8W and 16W output power models, the IBUC 3 integrates a high-performance GaAs power amplifier with advanced monitor and control capabilities in a lightweight outdoor package. It is specifically designed for mobility applications, transportable terminals, and flat-panel or small-aperture antennas, while maintaining the same intelligent management features found in TerraSat’s larger IBUC product family.
With an embedded web interface, SNMP support, AGC/ALC functionality, and optional Cyber Hardened security, the IBUC 3 offers reliable operation, simplified installation, and efficient remote management for enterprise, government, defense, maritime, and broadcast satellite networks.
