The SMW Ku LNB 10.70–12.75 GHz WDL ULP Dual & Quattro from Swedish Microwave AB is a professional Ku-band LNB designed for satellite reception systems requiring simultaneous Low- and High-band reception, ultra-low phase noise, and high linearity. It supports the full 10.70–12.75 GHz Ku-band in Model E, while Model B covers 10.95–12.75 GHz. The product is available as a Dual LNB or Quattro LNB for Horizontal and Vertical polarization configurations.
With Ultra Low Phase Noise (ULP) as standard, the LNB is designed to meet demanding reception requirements for DVB-S2X professional profiles, N3, and N4 signals, including high-order modulation and applications where pilots are disabled.

Dual & Quattro Configurations
The SMW WDL ULP platform offers flexibility for different satellite architectures. The Dual LNB provides separate Low-band and High-band RF outputs, while the Quattro version is available for systems requiring both Horizontal and Vertical polarization and can be supplied with an OMT and weather protection case.
The LNB rear connectors can be configured with F female 75Ω, N female 50Ω, or SMA female 50Ω interfaces. Connector functions include Low-band RF output and High-band RF output, with DC and 10 MHz reference input depending on the configuration.

Ultra Low Phase Noise for Advanced Modulation
The ULP architecture is particularly suited to demanding satellite modulation schemes. The manufacturer recommends Ultra Low Phase Noise for DVB-S2 narrowband 8PSK 8/9 and 9/10 FEC, 16APSK and higher modulation, applications with Pilot Off, as well as all DVB-S2X and NS3/NS4 MODCODs and symbol rates.
Quattro LNB Option
For professional distribution and multi-polarization satellite reception systems, the Quattro version can be supplied with an OMT and weather protection. The Quattro configuration features a 31.5 dB minimum cross-polarization, C-120 circular 18 mm input waveguide, and measures 205 × 152 × 83 mm with a weight of approximately 1.16–1.23 kg, depending on connector configuration.
