Return Policy

Goods that are returned under warranty and determined to be “No Trouble Found” will be assessed a 30% restock fee charges. Goods that are not under warranty will be assessed an evaluation fee of $285 USD plus the cost for any parts and labor used for a repair.


We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please contact our shipping department for prior authorization to use our Fedex or UPS account number for the return. All return goods must be authorized in advance by VSATplus International. A copy of the sales invoice should be placed inside the package to avoid delay in processing your return. If you do not have the original receipt, please let us know and one will be emailed or faxed to you. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, including duties and taxes if applicable. A 20% restock fee will be charged for all stock item returns. All special orders or “as is” sales are final. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment only. Credit card refunds will be issued to the same credit card used on the original order. Please allow 10-15 business days after receipt for your return and refund to be processed.


Defective items will be exchanged at no cost (excluding shipping) for the same item within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days, VSATplus will either repair or replace defective items according to the manufacturer warranty. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges to VSATplus, including duties and taxes if applicable. Warranty exchanges cannot be shipped until VSATplus has received the defective equipment. Any expedited shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

PLEASE NOTE: VSATplus Return Policy only applies to items that have not been opened and/or used. Items that are no longer in “New” condition are not eligible for refund. VSATplus reserves the right to final determination.
